Days of Operation:    Monday – Fridays & Saturday Dialysis

Reservation Required:    24 Hours in advance

Service Area:    County-Wide

Age Eligibility:    55 years and older or disabled. Rural areas funded through FTA is open to the general public

Wheelchair Accessible:    Yes

Fare/Donation:    In-County medical services other than non-sponsored dialysis is $2.00 each way.  Non-Sponsored dialysis is $4.00 each way, education is $3.00 each way, shared ride taxi is $2.00 per zone, out of county travel is $5.00 each way, Title III nutrition donation suggested at $1.00, municipal shopping is $1.00, and shuttle service is $1.00 or $2.00 to the general public.

County Borders:    Yes – daily and once a week trips to Brick, East Orange and Lyons Veterans Hospitals

Door /Curb Service:    Door to Door

Services Available:    non-emergency medical appointments, dialysis, radiation, chemotherapy, Saturday dialysis, non-competitive employment,  food shopping, nutrition sites, welfare to work, Work First and BETS, and social and recreational activities.
