Reservation Required:    14 days in advance

Service Area:    County-Wide and limited service to neighboring Veterans Hospitals

Age Eligibility:    60 years and older or disabled age 18 years or older

Fare/Donation:    Medical Transportation services are free and Modified Fixed Routes range from $0.25 - $1.00 per trip.

County Borders:    To Veterans Hospitals Only

Door /Curb Service:    Door to Door

Services Available:    non-emergency medical appointments, dialysis, radiation and chemotherapy, Saturday dialysis, non-competitive employment, food shopping, nutrition sites, welfare to work, and social and recreational activities.
