Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Application

On Friday, September 25, 2009, the New Jersey Council on Special Transportation’s 14^th Annual COST Vendor Expo will take place at the Reception Center at the PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel, NJ (Garden State Parkway Exit 116).  

Registration forms will be sent inviting paratransit and community transportation organizations from across the state to attend this year’s Expo. 

This year, the Expo is setup the same as last year.  There is a very large parking lot for vehicle vendors to display as many vehicles as they wish and inside exhibitors will also have as much room as needed to display their products and information.  The hours of the Expo will be from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Registration fees for the Expo is detailed below:

$300.00 for vehicle vendors   (vendors may bring as many vehicles as they wish).  This price includes an outside display area, inside exhibit table, one continental breakfast and one lunch ticket.    

$150.00 for non-vehicle vendors  This price includes inside display table, one continental breakfast and one lunch ticket.

$50.00 per person for additional continental breakfast and hot & cold buffet luncheon with two carving tables.

All vendors will be contacted prior to the Expo to discuss any special needs or requests.
