Days of Operation:    Monday – Fridays & Saturday Dialysis

Reservation Required:    3 to 5 days in advance

Service Area:    County-Wide

Age Eligibility:    60 years and older or disabled age 18 years or older

Fare/Donation:    Free service.  Donations accepted.

County Borders:    Yes – within 2 miles outside county

Door /Curb Service:    Door to Door

Services Available:    non-emergency medical appointments, dialysis, physical and mental therapies, evening & Saturday dialysis, competitive and non-competitive employment,  food shopping, nutrition sites, welfare to work, post-secondary education, evening mall shopping, and social and recreational activities.
