On Friday, September 16, 2011, the New Jersey Council on Special Transportation’s 16th Annual COST Vendor Expo will take place at the Reception Center at the PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel, NJ (Garden State Parkway Exit 116).  

Registration forms will be sent inviting paratransit and community transportation organizations from across the state to attend this year’s Expo. 

This year, the Expo is setup the same as last year.  There is a very large parking lot for vehicle vendors to display as many vehicles as they wish and inside exhibitors will also have as much room as needed to display their products and information.  The hours of the Expo will be from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Registration fees for the Expo is detailed below: These prices have remained the same for the last 9 years!

$300.00 for vehicle vendors  ($325 after September 1, 2011)   (vendors may bring as many vehicles as they wish).  This price includes an outside display area, an inside exhibit table, one continental breakfast and one lunch ticket.    

$150.00 for non-vehicle vendors  ($175 after September 1, 2011)   This price includes inside display table, one continental breakfast and one lunch ticket.

$65.00 per person for additional continental breakfast and hot & cold buffet luncheon with two carving tables.

Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Sponsorship opportunities are on a first come basis

 

In previous years, the NJ COST Vendor Expo attendance has been between 160 and 200 registrants.  Those that attend this Expo are mostly the key decision makers and buyers from their community transportation organization.  Besides our most valued exhibitors, the other attendees include the transportation directors, key administrative staff, maintenance coordinators, specifications writers and others from not only the 21 county coordinated transportation systems, New Jersey Transit and Access Link but also from the numerous municipalities and social service agencies that provide community transportation services.

          Have your company’s brochure and handout materials already placed in the registration bags that will be distributed to all attendees – allowed up to 5 separate handouts
